Included in the app release

• Recovery workflows: Recovery Desk, a prioritized queue, follow-up drafts, outcome tracking and a user guide. Practice tools are restricted to the demonstration workspace.
• Five-CRM controls: connection screens for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and HighLevel. Each business needs its own authorized account and setup; new production connections and imports are currently disabled.
• Inbox and consent controls: message review, consent and opt-out history, plus separate inbox-source settings. Live reception and outreach still require activation and testing for the intended business.
• Owner privacy tools: workspace and core-CRM exports, cancellation and deletion-review requests. Downloads require owner access; deletion requires verified operator processing.
• Plan review: Launch, Standard and Managed monthly options with defined allowances. Purchases remain unavailable pending customer setup and agreement release.

Available for review, with external actions paused

Existing workspace members can sign in to review the update. Email, SMS, human and AI/prerecorded calls, automated outreach, calendar writes, public website capture, CRM imports and payments remain off. Provider authorizations and production acceptance are still required before customer use.

Microsoft integrations are not included. No customer data, credentials, backups or private legal-review files are published on this website.
